CENTRE AND PLACE OF MEETING
A meeting place. A place to relax. A place to discover our roots. The Kaminzimmer is the centre of our hotel. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the couch with the fox fur blanket, read one of our many interesting books or help yourselves to small, homemade goodies. The Kaminzimmer is dedicated to “Grandpa Max”. Max Bolkart, who was the first West German springer to win the Four Hills Tournament in 1960 and who may bring you to a tour of the Oberstdorf Ski Jumping hill. He is almost daily in the Freiberg and always open for a “Hui-garte” (dialect for “a little chat”).
